Tuition and Billing Information:
There is an enrollment fee for first-time students and a re-enrollment fee for returning students. The enrollment fee is due at the time of diagnostic testing, usually held in August. Re-enrollment fee accompanies returning students’ letter of intent. These fees are non-refundable.
The yearly fees listed below are broken down into 3 payment options.
Monthly Payments:
Spread your tuition balance over 10 monthly installments. The monthly fees are due by the 5th or the 20th of the month. Each family has the option of choosing to make their monthly payments either by the 5th or the 20th. If the 5th is chosen, payment will need to be paid by the 5th of each month. If the 20th is chosen, payments will need to be paid by the 20th of each month. Monthly payments run from August to May.
Semi-Annual Payments:
Pay your tuition in 2 installments. The first installment (1/2 of the yearly tuition amount) is due by August 1st, and the second installment is due by January 1st.
Payment in Full:
Pay your tuition in 1 installment. This payment is due by August 1st.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Monthly option…. A five (5) day grace period will be given. Payments received after the 5-day grace period will be charged a $25 late payment fee. Parents are responsible for contacting the school if special arrangements need to be made. Payments and/or late fees not received by the end of the month will be considered delinquent. Any delinquent payments or fees 60 days past due could result in your child’s dismissal from school. Grades and school records will be withheld on all delinquent accounts, whether for tuition or fees.
